This class has moved from Upper Norwood Library Hub and from march 2020 this class takes place via Zoom.
Workout design to tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs but also strengthening upper body and core. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique.

Structure of class:
Ballet fit with exercises performed to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles; improve balance; and develop a strong core.
A low impact dance workout designed to get the body moving, increase the heart rate and burn fat.
Includes ballet, pilates and yoga-inspired floor exercises to tone muscles and improve flexibility.
